No -- that was done by an airgun nut, name of J Woodcock.  He hangs out here in SC and shows up from time to time with his own high pressure compressor and a pick up truck full of big bore air rifles.  Interesting fellow.

The new daisy 880  rifles are awful now, (IMHO).
 cheaply made.
Old school rifles were great.

Universal model, and an early one from the looks of it. The stock looks to be   factory issue.  The top part of the comb  is removeable. There were 3 or 4 pieces of varying heights available that were used for different sights and head positioning. The one shown appears to be a low-comb piece with a home-made riser block  under it. And it seems to be a lefty too.

Yep -- rare bird, a lefty Walther LGR-Universal.  The cheek rest spacers are home-made.  I have added Anschutz riser blocks for the front and rear sights, and a Gheman 1.5X adjustable diopter to the rear sight.  The action is nearly 100% and the seal and piston were just replaced by Pilkingtons.  It is a 575 fps tool.  She is my "baby".  I need to shoot her more.  But I digress and I am hijacking  . . .

I don't know if I could name 9 more. Almost all of them respond to some love. Some require more love than others. When you see what people have done with their B3s, you realize anything is possible.
