I am so sick of hearing about these every time a guy asks about HIS rifle and someone can't wait to chime in "Oh, you need to get rid of that piece of crap and buy yerself a [pick one from above] if you want to be a REAL air gunner!"  :emoticon:

while there some guns that do suck i think this forum helped me like a lot of folks save alot of money and heartaches i love this site ive picked up 6 guns so far and i luv them if it wasnt  for this site man i dont know i would be hurting

I got one of these for free, and that was OK. If I'd paid for it, I think I wouldn't be happy either!

My worst gun would probably be the one that is the biggest disappointment to me, and that might not be being fair to the gun! A gun that didn't work would be the worst... but then I am starting to get a hankering for taking them apart and fixing, and I actually have a request out on classifieds for a broken gun! I see redfeather's list and wonder if maybe he's PO'd at the people who comment on those "must have" rifles, rather than the rifles themselves. I understand the point. If I hadn't got seated in GTA, I might have gotten pretty discouraged with my interest in Cheap and Chinese... though I've branched out some over the past two years...

I own a Gamo big cat that shoots 4 inch groups at 20 yards. Everything  was tight, the scope wasn't moving. I took the gun apart and the spring was shaped like an s because it was bent. Should have taken a picture...Hate the low end gamos...It also only shoots 650 in .177. Im going to throw it in the trash...

Mine was hold synative, & I just liked the accuracy with mine??
You may have just a broken spring , how old is it? Like they say here ! There are a lot of good guy's too
Help, Just my 2 cents ,there is No bad air gun? Just some are better ?

then I read about it here & even at a low price -$81.00 for the 117c, I think now I'll hold out for a QB12,
or QB25,? or a light cocking one & around 650fps. 117. paper cutter?

&-Like my worst AG is the B3-AK47 Model, just hard too load ? have not found the sweet spot on it-
as far as accuracy go's it's about a 3" group at 15yrds. Could be Worst Archer sales it for $ 59.00
I paid just 48.00 from Sportsman Guide,   I'm a sucker for the Bargain Gate!!

the mendoza rifles are underpowered and use oil to raise the fps the wood finish and blueing is great i would be on a  b-25 or airhawk

You should lubricate the tip of the cartridge to prevent the seal from failing. I like my nightstalker but it's supposed to have better trigger due to blowback mechanism. It has had it's share of trouble as well.

I here what yer saying, but you missed a couple from that list.
I see it all time on forums. Someone asks about a (fill in the blank) and he's bombarded with people telling him he really NEEDS a Beeman R7 or an RWS (Diana) 34. And it needs to be professionally tuned too!

For me...my worst would be my .177 Remington Air Master 77......have a hard long pull trigger, feels cheaply built. I only bought it for the Multi Pump Rifle match.....accurate up to 10 yards so far.....have not even tried to shoot pass that.

Mryan...sorry to hear about your Big Cat. Mine can shoot up to 40 yards....I can hit 7 out of 10 spent shotgun shells....off a front rest. At 50 yards I get 1 1/2" to 2" groups.... Sounds like yours might have a defective piston seal.....if you're getting those low speeds.

never had good luck with  gamo airguns but i do like the gamo cfx.
