Sunday food porn

I decided to put together a Tripple tail dinner.. Here is a good size filet seasoned with cajun blast, garlic, grey sea salt and black pepper... The garnishments are 1/2 a lemon and sliced japs made to look like a jellyfish... I'm fixin ta place her in a 350 oven and bake it...

As a side I decided to use some of my Malibar spinach.. I have 13 plants that put out some large leaves and wanted to make a spinach roll...
So I stuffed them with cream cheese, cheddar, and a sliver of jap. Squeezed some lemon on them and Rolled them up. I will cook them till the cheese is just running out...
As the third dish we are having taters smothered in sour cream with fresh dill and garlic.. pics of that in a bit...

HERE WE HAVE IT...Tripple tail and jellyfish, with Yukon gold potatoes smothered in sour cream and dill, followed by stuffed Malibar spinach...

Triple Tail is some gooooood eating rite there..When we go Back country fishing in Flamingo we hit all the stone crab and Lobster buoy's when the weather cools down. That's when you get to catch them sunning them selves next to the buoy's.Throw a free lined shrimp and "BAM" dinner time..Triple Tail,Red Fish,and Snook are what we aim for when out fishing.Oh,almost forgot Gator Trout.Mmmmmm!...Man,You made me hungry
