As a side I decided to use some of my Malibar spinach.. I have 13 plants that put out some large leaves and wanted to make a spinach roll...
So I stuffed them with cream cheese, cheddar, and a sliver of jap. Squeezed some lemon on them and Rolled them up. I will cook them till the cheese is just running out...
As the third dish we are having taters smothered in sour cream with fresh dill and garlic.. pics of that in a bit...
