A fellow has to start somewhere.  That said, I haven't seen this gun listed in any of the usual places.  He ought to post, if only to get input on the best sites to post it on (assuming it doesn't sell here.)

I understand.
Here's the story and I don't expect you to just take my word for it.   I work with Leroy Rodner making the Gargoyles, my name is Dan.   Don't take my word for it contact  BGMFairguns.com or call Leroy and ask him.   I listed a gun here to see if anyone was interested, since we have finished guns ready for sale. .   He hasn't listed me on his website, (I think he's forgotten how to make changes) but, I will not be offended by anyone checking me out.
I made an album here and posted a picture, I don't know how to put pictures in this forum.   If someone is interested, pm me with your e-mail address and I will be happy to send you good pictures of the guns.  If you e-mail Leroy, he will forward it to me and I will respond.
Call Leroy, Eric at Big Bore Air Guns, Randy Mitchell@Adventures in Airguns, Seth Rowland @BHD Ammo, even Dennis Quackenbush, or  Brian Cook.  I met a number of these guys back in May at the Air Gun Expo in Little Rock.    I've know Leroy for about 20 years, he's friends with my youngest son and they got into airguns together about 5-6 years ago.

Hello Dan . You two are making some nice big bores . I have one eye on them and both hands tied but may be this will help you with the pictures . Not many big bore people on this forum mostly springers . Sorry no one else welcomed you before . Hope to see you around . You might put this add on Randy's site . Good luck Marvin

Dan, if I may...  the GTA is not a country club.  Nor are we biased towards Big Bores or anything else.  I'd personally like to welcome you to the GTA forum.  Thanks for offering such wonderful guns.  I've done the research, checked the websites and YES you're legitimate.

It's not very often that we get a first time poster in the Classifieds none-the-less who accepts credit cards selling $1000 and up rifles.  It was something new to all of us and I too raised an eyebrow initially.  The web is chalk-full of scam artists and many of us here(if I may speak for them) have had run-ins with fraudulent offers.  If anything we needed the heads-up and I'm sure no-one here would bat a skeptical eye the second time around.

We're family, we're cautious and there's alot of good people with alot of good information that roam these halls.  You just took us off guard is all.  Get involved, write some posts, make some friends, enjoy the atmosphere and make yourself at home.

I appreciate the concerns about scam artists.  I am paranoid when it comes to internet and money.
My involvement with the Gargoyles is just about the limit of my knowledge of air rifles.   My son has owned Sam Yang's 909 and a couple of QB a .22, a .308 and a .457 and hunted them all.
The gun we sell today is an improved gun over what has been sold in the past.   Mostly due to improved machining and a better understanding of sealing high pressure air.   Leroy didn't really intend to get into manufacturing a air rifle.   As you may know it takes 1-2 years to get a Quackenbush rifle and he didn't want to wait.  So he made the original Gargoyle for his own use.   After he went to a Texas hunt and people saw his gun, they wanted one like it.  That's how he started, but he grew to really dislike making them in his garage.   Making or modifying every part accept a couple of screws and o-rings takes time and a his methods required a lot of hand work in each gun.   It's taken us almost a year to update machining methods and fixtures to let CNC machines turn out parts that are closer to finished parts, cutting down on the hand work.  A few improvements to capturing all the air pressure and improving flow have made it more powerful and efficient.

Soon, we intend to get some videos of target shooting.  I'll post them when we do.

Dan:

e-mail pics of the gun at  only1harry@verizon.net  and I will post them here.  Is this gun new, and is there a warranty that goes with it?

The velocity or nay specs for this gun may also help.
