Thanks for all the kind words Folks!!Yeah Bob,, that gun vice is AWESOME for holding stocks to work on for all kinds of detail work/mesurements/ marking ect. The little drill press is working fine now on the inletting,, I have learned to drill several holes to make the router bit,s job much easyer!!I also figured out how to adjust the cross slide vice to take out all the play it had before. I am searching for a powerfull router now as that is the way to go with a router table for the huge 1 1/4" top cut for the main tube. I have learned so many little tricks on this first stock. Once I get set up just a little better I should easily be able to cut out & inlet several stocks in a day!! Im keeping at it!! Tim.
