YUP, SO FAR I'VE GONE OVER THE AG & ALL IS TIGHT, TRYED EVERY HOLD I KNOW & NO HOLD&
& I KNOW IT'S SOMTHING ??" WRONG DOES THAT TIGHT BARREL AT THE END SOUND OK?
MY BROTHER IS COMING OVER TODAY , & HE IS THE MAN ! NAILED A PENNY WITH THE BIG CAT?
THAT I CAN'T GET A GROUP LESS THEN 1/2" AT 15 YRDS!!
&NOW THE B12 IS NOT MAKING MY DAY ,THIS MORRING I PUT THE QUEST REAR SIGHTS ON THE B12.
THEY AJUST MORE & ARE SHORTER BUT ONLY BY A FEW MM, SO WILL SEE !!
OR HE WILL SEE ,RIC'S A GREAT SHOT ,I GET HIM TO SIGHT IN MY SCOPES,
DEPRESSED I GOT MY TF97 22 & AT 15TF COULD STACK THEM, SO THAT MADE ME FILL BETTER!!

You may need to put more pellets through it. Mine didn't stop smoking until about 200 or 300 shots cycles. It now groups as good as any airgun I have at 15 yards if I manage the trigger well. Mine likes Beeman FTS and Crosman Premier Lights in the brown box the best. Some other brand pellets do not group very well. Keep shooting, it will get better and so will the trigger. Make sure the stock screws and the barrel pivot bolt are tight. The barrel should stay at a 45 degree after you cock it, I had to tighten mine after about 500 shots.

OK THATS A FEW THINGS I CAN DO. MINE DOES NOT SMOKE ,AS IN THE FIRST 10 SHOTS.
& MY BARREL WILL SWING BACK & FORTH, THERE IS A VERY LITTLE PLAY SIDE TO SIDE WHEN IT IS COCKED THAT HAS JUST COME UP TODAY ! WHILE MY BROTHER TRYED IT ABOUT 10 SHOTS ALL LOW
AND ATLEST 5 OR 6 ARE FLYERS & HE GAVE UP??
THE QUEST SIGHTS MADE IT WORSE! AS IT HITTING LOW ABOUT 5-6", & HE SHOT HIS BIG CAT ABOUT 30 TIMES AT20YRDS & LIKE BEFORE DEAD ON EVERYTIME 0 FLYERS,HE'S GOT TO SHOW OFF A LITTLE ?
SO IT 15YRDS HE SHOT THE THUMB TACK DEAD ON!!
SO THE BARREL SHOULD STAY WHERE YOU PUT IT??. MINE WILL NOT..IT HAS A LOCK SCREW FOR THE BARREL BOLT ,SO WILL TRY THAT..
HE -=MY BROTHER WAS TRYING THE CROSMAN HOLLOWS ,& GAMO MAG'S,& GAMO HUNTERS,
& GAMO MATCH, DAISY MATCH -THEY FALL DOWN IN THE BARREL 1" OR SO! & ALSO THE CROSMAN HUNTERS,& BENJ-SHERIDAN'S DOME,ALL NO GOOD AT 15TF & SOME TRYED AT 10TF JUST TO SEE??
AND WE DID??**(* JUST THE SAME BUT UP ABOUT 1" !!! TRY MORE WASHERS??
RIC SAID HE THINKS IT IS A BAG GUN??
BUT YOU KNOW I PUT THAT GTRIII TRIGGER ON THAT BIG CAT & YOUR GOING FROM A 1 1/2LBS
TO A LOOOONG ONE & 5-7LBS?..

SO I'LL KEEP SHOOTIN, &SEE

Loose pellets will not shoot well in your B-12. Try to find a pellet that fits tight when you insert it. The stock has to be removed to get to the barrel pivot screw. The pivot screw has a small set screw next to it that has to be removed first and then the pivot screw can be tightened to the next position. It has to be tightened a complete 1/4 turn so the set screw can be replaced. At least this is the way my B-12 is.    If you can't find a pellet that fits snug you may have a problem. Also, I have found my B-12 likes to be held kind of firm and is pickey about what pellet you feed it. Hope this helps.

Thanks,Charlie
I took her out of the stock ! & just like you said the set screw was loose ,but not to fall out .So took it out & tryed the tighten the main screw but it was very! tight!!. & I know
it would never make a full 1/4 turn. I have a
breaker driver & took it tapped it loose first,
than tapped it tight & lock up in the same place!
& with the driver it will break a 1/4" screw
very easy if over tightened. I use on the old bikes I Build & take down,

& as for the size of pellets the crosman HP,
did 2 shots tight ! then the next 2-3 were flyers,, like 3-4" both ways, that is why
Ric gave up on sighting it in??
& I just go & get my TF97 & stack wadcutters
with it,! 15+ shots at 18tf. then I felt better.

I guess I'll call Mike today & see if any input
on it?.

WELL BLESS MY SOUL!!
WHAT I DID WAS PUT A LITTLE POLISH ON THE CROWN!
& WENT WITH A BETTER SCOPE 3X6 SHORTY W/ AJUSTMENTS THAT WORK SMOOTH ,SO DOES A $89.00 BUCK SCOPE
MAKE A GOOD AG BETTER? IN MY 1 IT DID
DO THE JOB ,
HAVE JUST SHOT THE CROSMAN HUNTERS-
AT 15TF
& AS YOU HOPE TO SEE IS A 15 SHOT TARGGET, WITH NOT MUCH OF A GROUPING, & 2 FLYERS CLOSE TO 3-4.

& SHOT CROSMAN HOLLOW P, & GOT A CLOSER GROUP 9 OUT OF 15 UNDER A
QUARTER, & THAT MAKES ME SMILE !
WHAT DID I DO WAS HOLD HER TIGHT?
NO SOFT HANDED,
NOW WITH THIS BETTER SCOPE & THE HOLD TO WORK ON IT WILL GET BETTER,
THAT 30 SHOTS DID MY SHOLDER IN..

BUT A HAPPY CAMPER WITH THE B12,  :emoticon:

Keep working with it Rontier, your making progress. Keep trying different pellets too. Mine only shoots one holers at 15 yards with Beeman FTS and Crosman Premier Lights in the brown box. Every other pellet I've tryed the groups are much bigger. Sounds like with the crown polishing and the tighter grip you have made it better. Keep shooting it and the trigger will get some better.
