A GREAT DAY&BROTHER SHOOT OFF!
« on: January 02, 2010, 12:20:57 PM »

HAD A GREAT DAY SHOOTING WITH BROTHER & HIS NEW BIG CAT,

WOW HE GOT GOOD EYES & SKILL WITH ANY GUN! WE JUST HAD A BLAST SHOOTING CAN'S CAPS, EVEN THE COKE TAB OFF THE CAN ALL AT 15  YRDS.

SO I GOT OUT A PENNY & HE DID DEAD ON & EVEN WITH MY QUEST HE HIT THE SIDE!

HE WAS NOT TO FOND OF THE AK47 WITH NO BEAR TRAP, & WHEN I WAS SHOWING OFF MY TF97 HOW IT HAD A AUTO SAFETY BOOM IT WENT OFF!!!

LUCY I HAD IT POINTED UP OR THIS COULD BE A BAD STORY! JUST SHOT A 50c HOLE IN MY DECK COVER, MAN :0  THIS TF97 HAS FELLED ME MORE THEN -

A FEW TIMES ? & THIS ONE WAS SENT BACK TO BE FIXED?? SO FOR ME NEVER TRUST A TF97 ON ANY THING..

OTHER THEN THAT THE GAMO BIG CAT TOOK THE DAY, AS I NEW IT WOULD, & MY QUEST SHOT GOOD TOO ?

HERE ARE SO SHOTS OF MY BRO & THE PENNY'S AT 15 YARDS ! I COULD NOT SEE 15 YARDS ! ONLY WHEN HE WOULD GO GET THEN ,OR I'ED USE THE

CAMERA ON 12 POWER, BROTHER & MY THUMB.WITH QUEST.

Sounds like you fellows had a grand old time !!!

I just might add, that the only safety found that works on any firearm, air gun or automobile, is YOU !!! Never depend on a safety !!!!! ALWAYS KEEP YOUR WEPON POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION ! AT ALL TIMES, NEVER ASSUME THAT IT IS NOT LOADED, EVER.

Heck, the life you ssave may be mine !

Yes, I have repaired damage to fiberglass :) but I didn't shoot it :)

You can get a can of fiberglass repair kit and and a plasticbag of fiberglass cloth from WalMart, in the Automotive Dept.. If the hole is small without long radiating cracks, you could just get the can. Mix a amount large enough to fill the hole and cracks, clean the area of the hole, top and bottom, tape the bottom of the hole, apply the mixed fiberglass putty to the cleaned surface on and around the hole, let dry. Remove tape after fiberglass is almost hard. Sand and shape to contours of roof. Apply to bottom if needed for better appearance :) sand to your liking !

While at WalMart, check the Sporting Goods Dept. for sales on air guns, pellets, scopes, targets, CO2 cylinders and all other air gun related products !

Use several layers if you intend shooting from that position again :) lol
