I've been watching this thread and I'll bet that it's fried due to the reverse polarity hookup. Could've been worse,the computer could have taken the hit.

well, she wants to put in a new radio, and new speakers, but shes worried that it won't work after she puts it in, and she doesn't want to waste her money.

ok, everything seemed to be fine with the testing, so i gave up and sent it over to my mechanic...the fuses didn;t do their job i guess, cuz my dad fried my sis's radio and clock...she's def. not happy about it...oh well...she's been thinking about putting a better sound system into her car anyway(she wants to splurge a bit, since she just came back from basics and ait from the guard...she's been away for  about 7 months)
