Kaz, not a problem, I thought it would be tough, but it was easy. First thing I did was remove the barrel. Don't cock the gun, just unlock the barrel by slightly smacking it to free it from the breech. Then I removed the linkage from the trigger group (1 e-clip and small spring) I forgot to mention, take off the stock. Then tap out the pin that holds the linkage to the barrel. Now the barrel will come off(it is a tight fit) Now you have the linkage and barrel off. Now take the rear trigger stud off (part the stock screws into. It is snug because it has blue loctite. Next you have to remove the end cap. You will need a spanner wrench. I didn't have one so I used two metal dowel pins spaced in a vice. The I put the gun up so the end cap would go down on the dowel pins. I used a rubber strap wrench around the receiver tube and scope mount and turned it a few turns, not on very tight. Actually the end cap has teflon tape wrapped around the threads. The piston has a slight preload, after a few turns it is unloaded and can be turned off by hand. Remove the end cap and the spacer behind it. Next you will remove the trigger group, it should just slide backwards out of the slot on the tube. Remember how it was laid in there for the sear position on the piston when you reassemble it. Nest, the piston will slide out. Now you are done, just clean the crappy chinese oil out of it. (careful could contain contaminates, you know, chinese products) I took a wooden dowel rod and some 120 grit sand paper and de burred it a bit (wasn't much to deburr, actually pretty smooth) Then I did the whole tube with scotchbrite to give the grease somewhere to hold on to) I used a moly grease on a shotgun swab to burnish the grease in, a little goes a long way. The I did the piston seal with a little. I put a little, very little on the face of the seal. I heard you could use a dry type moly also. You could at this time chamfer the air transfer port, may get you a little more air flow. I also de burred and polishesd the linkage parts and added a GRT III trigger for Charlie. I used a different grease on all the non- airchamber parts, your choice. The put back together in reverse order. Should take approx 1 hour. The tip of the gas ram should be lubed also, it fits in the back of the piston. When I first shot the benji, it smoked so bad and you couldn't stand the smell. Sometimes it sounded like a .22 rifle because of the dieseling, but that's all gone now. Hope this helps, sorry I didn't take any photos, I will on my next one though.
