just get one through me .  $90 shipped.  i'll send the information for tuning the triggers and filling the stock.  piston seals are hard to find.   if you slap a winchester 1000x stock on it - that really makes a big difference (hatsan makes good wood).   the .22 cal shoots 760-768 fps w/ 14.5 rws superpoints.    maybe this pure american....maybe even pure texan, but if it shoots hard enough and it's reasonably accurate, i'll attempt to fine tune anything.   these are lightweight hunters.    we were getting 960 w/ cphp's in .177, but that was a powerline 1000sb.   - paul.

i agree.  accept no sustitutes.    i want REAL hatsan airguns to made available here w/ hatsan brand's insignia on the gun and barrel.   my 2nd gen walther talon mag (hatsan 125) shoots 960 w/ 14.5 gr rws pellets.   that's approaching 30 ftlbs.   i want a hatsan model 135 w/ quattro trigger.  that would be the REAL DEAL.   if ya'll wanna just call me next time, i'll admit when i'm wrong, i'll tell you if i'm mad, and i'm not trying to run a game or decieve anyone - just trying to make more available to us airgunners - who generally seem like a great bunch of guys - just call me direct - 817-986-7767, if you want a reponse.  if not just vent your feeling here.   i'll see it sooner or later and by then it may not require a response.   i hope i have been corrected enough and addressed everyone sufficeintly for now.   my 'transitional' webley springers and the prototype FX typhoon 12 just arrived.    i need to play w/  the new toys a bit.    ya'll take care.   - paul d self.

Paul I am not mad or upset at all. Like said I just want to make it clear that there will never be another true Webley/Scott airgun built in the UK. The ones now with. No matter how much you talk up the Hatsan guns you can never compare them with a real Webley/Scott made air gun. Like apples and rocks...:) Just the same as comparing a Crosman NPSS with a HW-90...:) It is not going to happen..:)

And I do see your point on bringing more air guns to us from abroad. That in itself will feed the growth of the air gun community.

Well, here's a joke. Some of the Real Webley's can be stinkers, as well. Not everything they cranked out was gold plated.

Paul, you ought to join Airgunbbs.com, the UK forum. They should be able to answer your questions about the Centennial pistol, etc. It seems that Webley (or is it BSA?) might just be making a few guns in the British Isles once more. Go there and check it out for yourself.

Gene, I take your point, but  just about all the "names" in the airgun business have been bought, sold, rented, changed, and the gun manufacturers in China, Turkey, Spain, etc. are pretty easy to trace. to the much more famous labels slapped on to help market the thing.

Depending upon a "name" in buying an airgun is difficult...

Webley is just the latest one...

And so does BSA now! Their guns are all made by Gamo in Spain. A fact quite a few people dunno....

Nothing like knowing a good "tuner" - and kinda "straighten things out" a tad.

Jerry, yes most of us older air gunners know about these things but not the new air gunners. Some times when names are bought and a new company starts producing the same gun or rifle under the same name but not nearly the quality as the old original company. When I was growing up Winchester guns was spoken of highly in my family. Not knowing the facts I could very well find someone like Pyramyd Air and see the name Winchester in the Rifle section and assume it is made by a great company and buy it on those merits..:) WRONG!!! Same thing goes with Webley, RImington, BSA, etc. etc.

i guess maybe diana and HW and air arms (since the 70's) are the only brands that are still somewhat still true.   i know these guns just don't seem like the ones i was first introduced to adult airgunning in the mid-80's.  ...and there doesn't seem to be any new companies manufacturing high quality airguns.      .......i'm speaking of springers only.
