I didn't see a place on their website to post this, so I decided to post it here. I recently bought a BSA 3-12X44 scope from this company and after installing it on my B-28 I started having problems with it. It only took a few shots until I found out it wouldn't hold it's zero. I initially thought it was either the gun or my shooting style, but I installed another scope on the gun and quickly found out it was indeed the scope. I gave them a call and made them aware of my case. All they told me was to send it back to them with a note stating what was wrong and they would exchange it for me. Well, they did exactly that. By the next week I had my new scope. But that is not what surprised me. They even returned my postage for shipping back the old scope. I did not expect this. I will do business with them in a heartbeat. I just wanted you all to know what kind of experience I had with them and if they are reading, to thank them so much for taking care of me the way they did.

Not only does Natchez often have the best prices on optics, they are good folks to deal with.  I have never hand anything but a good experience with them
