Patriot spring?

I put up my stock Weabley Patriot .25 cal England made in a crony test today and it was shooting JSB match diabolos 25.4 grain pellets at 27 FPE, speeds were from 695.7 to 692.2. Wich pellet weight do you shoot in your Patriot, that you know for a fact wil not fatige the spring in the rile for longer shootin life of the rifle. yfis dan
