nylon brush is for first cleaning or heavy deposit's,not much more after that (most on here say just a dry patch, after a couple hundred shot's)wad's I'm not up on,I believe a quick clean while shooting? But do make sure barrell is dry after cleaning.go easy on oil use.

And don`t go and buy a brass brush....you don`t need that for an airgun barrel.....metal is not as hard as a firearm`s barrel.  I just use a weed-whacker line and pull a couple of patches thru the barrel until clean...and that`s it.  And I rarely do that...unless accuracy falls off.

What do you use that Gamo oil for anyway? I have a bottle for my whisper, but not sure where to use it.
