Found an extra spring in my Trail NP XL 1100
« on: May 09, 2010, 10:19:51 AM »
I installed a GRT III trigger in my new XL 1100 earlier today, and when I went to put the barrel assembly back in the stock I came across an extra spring.  I could not see any place the spring might have gone and the gun seems to be working fine, so I presume this was just a stowaway from the factory.  Just to be safe, however, I thought I'd ask here before I risk breaking the rifle.

Any help is appreciated.

(Awesome trigger, BTW)

Welcome Jim.
If you have one here, than yes it's an extra.
