Town meeting. Today!!!

Town of Brookhaven in suffolk County, NY is holding a Town meeting today at 5 pm where they will vote to ban airguns use  from the county. If you can make it it would be of great help to show our town leaders that it would be a sore loss to eliminate AG from our everyday life. Today, airguns.... tomorrow, who knows??? Defend your right to plink in your property.

That stinks,my town has an ordinance against air guns.I live on the outskirts on 3 acres so I shoot all I want.But if I got busted and they wanted to push the issue I could lose my lifetime carry permit for a weapons violation.All over shooting a "BB" gun on my property.

Anyone that's lives in that area has NO complaints if they don't get involved. "These folks" are NOT going away, - and "need to be fought" every single time something like this is proposed.

take away the very thing that usually creates a life long interest and hobby ! I hope it doesn't go through.. a total ban on bb/AG's!, I guess that means indoor range too?

That great! I live in Orange County Ca.the first  Socialist state in the country I think it’s against the law for Airsoft, Paintball and yes AG.
I still shoot in the back yard. I have 9’ wall all the way around and the only way in is the front door. And nobody is coming that way. Fighting to FREE in the USA

enough people called in that they decided to drop it from the agenda... as per the TX, it is a MK2 in .22 (hunter) that i was able to pick up at the show in deerfield CT. It is a Jan Kraner special, with a beech stock and a brass trigger guard. The trigger is stooooopid light, and it is shooting Crosman premiers into a little ragged hole at 30 yards at an average 640 fps... I topped it with a hawke SR6, and at 8 mag and zeroed at 30 yards it gives you exact 5 yard increments in the reticle. It is almost boring to shoot...lol. got to get to the range and see how she does in long distance shots...

Soooo glad it turned out OK for you. Now you need to set a fire watch, since the same know-nothings who put it on the agenda still have it on their own. Don't want it to get like here in my county where anything that launches a projectile is considered a firearm.

I can't talk Annie I to going back to my home state of Wisconsin Where men are men and there is always a lake or Bar with in walking distance. Where hunting and fishing are Religion. LOL
