Definitely a Red Wing Blackbird,  and Robin are not on the kill list either, Downside of hunting birds not a large variety, Upside is most pest species are plentiful ! especially Starlings,English Sparrows.. Grackles are another pest although shooting them ( at least here in NC) is a grey area but it is a light shade of grey... they are protected by the migratory law of 1918 "BUT" .. if they are a nuisance then its ok,  almost like saying you cant kill them unless they look at you wrong   and of course we know how them Grackles cast looks  

Its Ok officer ..ask anyone the Grackle started it..
