Hi everyone!
« on: May 30, 2010, 07:23:36 PM »
I'm Brandon, I own a Sumatra .25 and an old Benjamin .22 model 312 from around 1960. I enjoy shooting both, but use both for vastly different reasons. I wanted a gun for hunting nutria and beaver so I got the Sumatra, and the Benji is just for playing around, popping cans, maybe a bird or two, that's about it. I enjoy both equally for their intended purposes.

Its nice to be here and if there are any other Sumatra owners around it'd be awesome to know. We seem to be a small but tight nit group! LOL  8)

Welcome to the forum Brandon. Hey I heard a lot about those Nutria...didnt the state try to push people to consume that thing since the population was getting out of control? Do you eat it?

they look a little like a rat but are the size of a large beaver.people use shotguns,.223,22's.so the .25 sumatra would be alot of fun and plenty powerful

Brandon, welcome to GTA Forums. Not a Sumatra owner (YET) but wanted to welcome you to the best spot on the net for an airgun addict.

For some info, here a few shots of the nutria "brat". (Beaver/rat....LOL.)

Your Sumatra look like this one???? One FINE shooter!!!!!

Happy Shooting!!!!
