Is there a way to tell how old my Crossman Medalist is by the seriral number?

I think you can go to Crosman's site and do that.
Just make sure when you Google Crosman you use one s :)

First three digits of the serial number (provided it's newer than 1975) give the date of mfg.
First digit (1-9 or O, N, or D) is the month. Second and third digits are the year.
