JM's E-2000 spring in a Slavia, anyone done it/thoughts?

Im thiniking of trying it.


CZ630/631 spring( US spec) here:
.117" wire, 37 coils with a .504" ID and a .738 OD. The stacked spring is 4.325" long (courtesy of R Best post a long time ago)


E-2000 Super Grade Spring-510128

I've never had a CZ/630/631 down but it looks pretty close. Stacked there is .283 inch more height or just a shade over a quarter inch. You might want to ask e-mail Russ and see just how much room there is for the spring though. If Russ says it will work, you can take it to the bank.
