Portable Pellet Trap

Western Union closed the store in the Kroger Food Store and left this sign. My BIL is a mgr., so I got the sign, drilled a hole through it and put a bolt through the sign, secured with washers and bolts and have a lite-weight portable pellet trap.

...Can't get images to post...

It sounds cool!

Assuming you tried to post the image by clicking the "attach a file after posting" check box above the "submit" button when you typed out your post, the file size of the image most likely is too large. I do not know what file size Gene has the forums set as as max. But pretty much good quality images for the net can had in a decent image size at about 50kb-60kb. A good image size for these forums in my opinion would be standard digital image sizes about 640x480 max.

Your digicam may (probably has software that will resize images), or other programs can do it. One free image manipulator that a lot of people love is Irfanview. It lets you do a whole lot to images other than resize either the image or file size. It has not too bad a learning curve to it and for simple stuff, it's pretty quick to learn. http://www.irfanview.com/

Another quicker and pretty easy to use way to get smaller pics is an online resizer. At some places you upload the pic and they e-mail you the resized image back to you; personally, I'd stear clear of those based on e-mail spam probability. This place is one where you upload your pic, choose what you want, and then hit process and the results are right there for you to save back to your computer: http://www.resizeimage.4u2ges.com/ . Play around with the image width (px) and Image quality to get what you like. I haven't messed around with this place too much, but would start around 500 width (leave the constrain box checked and you don't need to mess with the height) and then maybe around 60 for the "Image Quality".

Another way to get your images in the posts are if they are already on the net somewhere. If you need help with that let me know. It's pretty easy.
