Jeff, that is a fat groundhog.  What do you think the fps is for that rifle?  Looks like plenty of power.  Congrats on a successful hunt.  Will you cook it in a crock pot?  Ok, now I have to go out tonight, lol.  Again, congratulations.

Hey David,

Yeah, he certainly was a fat one.  I was gonna make him tonight for dinner (G-hog pot roast) but my daughter were going out for dinner with a friend from school so they asked me to hold off until tomorrow night.  I got him and another G-hog that I defrosted from the freezer sittin in the fridge just waitin to get plopped into the crock pot tomorrow along with some potatoes, celery, carrots, onions and of course some "secret" spices.  

As for the FPS of the .22 QB78-D,,, I actually haven't even chrony'd it yet.  If I get a chance I'll test some pellets tomorrow and make a post.  I've been so busy hunting with it that I haven't had any time to run it through the chrony.
