I may send my varmint hunter back for warranty stuff with the barrel and wondered how hard it was to reassemble. I know taking it apart was easy (most things are) but I am not sure if I can get the spring and pins bakc in correctly.

Swapping it back will be just as easy. Here's a diagram in case you don't already have one.

Taking a GRTIII OUT of a gun?!?!?  It just don't seem right! Don't we have to consider the GUN's feelin's?   LOL!

I'm not sure I'd be able to see clearly enough through the tears to finish the job...

Trigger is very simple, just look at the diagram and you'll be fine ;) The trigger is all by itself in regards to the pins.
