Gamo USA Slow Shipping?

I was just wondering if Gamo USA is slow shipping accessories? I received an email from an order placed last friday saying I would receive a tracking number once the order was shipped and have never received anything? I don't want to call customer service because they probably don't know anything either and it would just be a waste of time. I ordered $150 worth of accessories so I'm not complaining about a $3 order or anything. Do they really send tracking numbers or maybe sent it through the USPS?

i believe that gamo is a bit backed-up, possibly due to an inventory check,i am waiting for a back order from them,and for a while it was impssible to contact them....and  yes they usually e-mail the tracking number upon request.....i could be wrong but this is what  i hear...

I ordered a Hunter 440 stock here a while back and got it the same week.. I think they are like any other big company. Sometimes things get backed up and other times things run smooth. They probably are working with a minimum staff as it is. Guess this is the middle of the flue season and the beginning of the air gun season...

I think they are all slow right now. I ordered parts 3 weeks ago from Crosman and still have not shown up. Same with my Chrony that I finally ordered. Still hasn't shipped it's been over a week. I have had some issues with Gamo as well. CS can look up your order by name and zip give them a call.
