A gorgeous day to spend the day shooting at Airgunning Atlanta . Jon and I had the range to ourselves again . Jon brought his latest toy , his Macarri tuned and stocked TX200 and I had my TX200HC . After a little shooting on the practice range ; we shot a match on the same course we shot last week . Jon, shot a personal best , The best I can remember , it was a 47 out of 54 possible. I went down hill a little with a 28 out out of 54 . just a little over 50%. I was shooting pretty good and keeping on Jon's heels until I got warm and took off my jacket . Don't ask me why but my scores went downhill after that. It must have changed something in the way I was holding the rifle. I started shooting left , and when I changed my scope or tried to hold off , darn if I wouldn't hit right where I was aiming. Drove me nuts for 4 or 5 lanes . I had several lanes where I only manage to knock down only one out of four shots. Oh well, that's shooting a springer . I wasn't off much , 1/2 to 1 inch but it's enough to cause a face hit instead of a kill. Still a fun day . I hope next week is as nice as this one for our monthly match. kirby
