Not to mention it will be used to carry Spec Op capable Marines to conduct "dirty warfare"
on the enemy.  Sucks to be them!

Man...Where are the 3 & 5 inch 50's? No ASROCKS? or Harpoons??? All I see is Sea Whizz!!! LoL

I must be old school, but these new boats don't jingle my bells like the old Friggates, CG's & DLG's. She does look nice though!

She's one of the San Antonio class amphibious transport docks.
Armed with Two Bushmaster II 30 mm Close in Guns, fore and aft; two Rolling Airframe Missile launchers, fore and aft.
She's not meant to fight - she's meant to get the warfighters to the war. I do suspect, though, that when she goes into harm's way, she'll have some friends with her that will be able to make big BOOMS!
