The 410 gets a little workout

Been having som problems with the local squirrel population lately, they have been chewing at my siding and digging in my flower beds.  Theres only one way to deal with that problem.   I didnt take any skillfull shots or hunt for that matter, I just sat at my window at luch for 15 minutes and bagged these fluffy tailed rats and I threw in a grackle for good measure for all the grackle haters out there.

All shots were between 18-23 yards out of the same tree.  One of the rats took a high dive out of the top of the tree into the creek after I hit em.  I had to fish him out for this picture.  I was shooting .22 CP 14.3 grainers at 21 FPE, and had solid head shots on all 3, all were complete pass throughs and pretty much instant death.

Excellent shooting and beautiful rifle. I'll be those tree rats didn't even appreciate the quality of the rifle that "took em out" :)

I doubt they did apprecate the rifle much but I sure do!

The big male caught one in the ear while he was sleeping, not even a hint of a twitch.  This gun is a real killer only at 20 FPE, I doubt anyone would need more for the yard.

There aint a better hunting airgun IMO.  You can dial this gun from 350 FPS to a little over 1,000 FPS with a CP.  From birds to racoons, I love it.
