Reading Big Bills post the other day just made me think how many times Bill is the first to welcome new members and acknowledge that they have joined the site .We all know that this forum is like a big family and that is why it is the best site on the net. And it is in part to Bill and people like him welcoming people and taking the time to say hi and answer questions that on some other sites you might be laughed at or just simply not answered .So I just wanted to personally and publicly say thanks to Bill and all the other great people on this forum for making it what it is.

When I came aboard, others greeted me, Gene,Ed, Jeff, and others,and I felt good about it, and a little embarrassed,.... but good. I try to welcome as many new members as I can, to let them know that they are welcome to our BIG GTA FAMILY ! A GREAT PLACE TO BE !!!

And Thank You Trek, you'll be just like me in no time ! One of the guys that loves his airguns ! and the GTA Forums ! :-) Perhaps your already there !!

BIG BILL the chairman of the welcoming committee seems gets there first more often than not, i am sure a lot of posts risk being missed on the new threads list when the are re-set without your warm and timely replies

I definitely agree,Bill is without a doubt one of our special brothers,always making others feel comfortable & right at home with his warm welcomes........Sometimes I use new sign in names just to get one of BIG BILLS WARM WELCOM hehehe.......Bill you are a good man!

Bill is one of the major key factor's that make our forum so GREAT! Alway's there to greet new member's or to guide member's in the right direction. Many member's have never met face to face but are as close as family can be, I consider Bill my close friend and family and airgun brother along with many other member's here. BILL MAKE'S GTA A GREAT PLACE TO BE and each member here makes up this ever growing family that we call home, thank's Bill. Ed

Ahhh Big Bill,, what can I say,, a TRUE gentleman for shure! He was among the first to welcome me here not too long ago. Since then I have done buisness with him, he bought my "Benny" pistol from me. (classified ads here). I shipped him the gun. A few days later I got the $$ from him, however,, it was not in the amount we had agreed on, he sent me $20 too much!! I P.M.ed him to let him know I would send the over payment back to him. He informed me it was to cover shipping,(shipping was included), he said he loved the gun & insisted I keep the money. I always look forward to his posts. He is a blessing to the GTA Family. Tim.
