everyone that my first, and definately not last experience with Pyramid Air was great!!! I am very pleased with the way it all went. Not one complaint. [Cant say that about Airgun Warehouse.Oh, and I finally did get billed for the CFX.]I was not too thrilled about ordering on line again, but PA made it all good for me.It seems to get around when you get treated bad, and it should. But I also believe that thanks should be given when deserved.Thank you Pyramid Air!!!

I wish my experience with PA had been so positive. On my first order I was charged for priority shipping that I did not receive.(still waiting for the refund). On my second order; they sent a used scope, broken, with an rma# already on the box-showing that it was previously returned. They said that they would take care of it, but I can't even get them to send me the return shipping label they promised. 2  phone calls and 5 emails later-still no return label. -not even a reply.  I thought about paying the shipping myself and just sending it back, but now I wonder if I would ever be refunded if I did.
I figure it cost me $60 to learn not to buy from PA.
-Glad you had a good experience with them. I guess it's just hit or miss.
(perfect example of how people like to spread the bad stuff around )

I'm sorry you had a problem, and I do feel a little lucky with my experience.I will definately yell about  the bad stuff too, if it comes to it.Hey, if you have a gripe, let everyone know. It may help. But if nobody says anything then people will go blindly into the same  situation. We need to tell it like it is, good or bad.
