I was reading Brents post, regarding his CFX Custom Gamo, and am curious, how many members would like to order a Custom Gamo, and what would you order on you Custom Shooter to make it YOUR Custom Rifle ?

I'm not as creative as many of our members, but I love what they have done to their shooters !

Who would like this option ? and what would you order !

That would be insane. I would love to buy a GAMO, but dont really like there styling. I would have a CFX style stock, Hunter Extreme Barrel, Shadow Mainspring, CDT trigger, and a Leapers SWAT scope on it.

On my Big Cat my first custom piece would be a bipod that somehow mounts towards the front of the stock eliminating the need for a barrel mounted system or a bipod mounted too close to the trigger guard. Maybe Two separate "legs" that are cast in such a way that they can attach to the stock in the same place as the hex screws that hold the stock to the barrel?

Next, raised grips like on the CFX stock, Whisper muzzle break, one-piece scope mount, much better scope than the one that presently comes with the rifle (3-9x40 mil dot), matte black or digital camo instead of gray colored stock, adjustable cheek rest, CDT GRT-III and sling mounts.

Most I can think of in one sitting. maybe I'll come up with more later.

Gamo Big Cat 1200
CDT GRT-III replacement trigger
Gamo One-Piece Scope Mount
Leapers 5th Gen TS Platform 3-9x40 Full Size Mil Dot Scope
UTG Low-Profile Barrel Mount Folding Bipod

Easy answer Bill, it would be somethin like this. Ofcourse having to be a custom build, not to many are willing to part with the cash. I guess it's a good thing that I have allot of time on my hands, or I would have never had this. Nevermind I lost the pic.

i would love to somehow make an underlever 1250 in both .177 or .22 and call it the cfx extreme. solid steel muzzle beark, micrometric sights, bi-pod, and (optional if the muzzle break is not wanted) a solid bull barrel. i don't care if it weighs over 10lbs. as long as it's hitting targets at 100yards easily.

Bill, I would like it bunches if Gamo would offer a wood stock for their rifles that doesn't look like a melted cheek piece. Something with a higher comb, better wood and more sculpted.

I asked this same question about a year ago, Why doesn't gamo have an "ala carte" section on their website like crosman does? most of the guts are interchangeable anyway, why not let people pick and choose a little bit?

Different scope and mount options would be ideal.

I'd like a whisper barrel with a wood stock...........like tiger maple............ooooooo that would be nice, but probably not to practical for a mass production.

side lever cocker or under lever cocker with custom poly stock. Moderator or muzzle brake or possibly an air stripper, and enough power and accuracy for 100 meters.  BOUT that!!!!  B :p

I'd like to see a .22 cal CFX with the spring of a Webley patriot Turbotuned by CDT shooting in the mid 900's with 16.2 gr Jsb predators (accurately), GTX trigger, a foam filled Fiberglass stock from HS precision (Black), Lothar Walther barrel (no barrel droop), Tango Down tactical bipod and top it off Leapers 4-16X50 SWAT scope with Parallax wheel on side or ATN Paladin nightvision scope!  I'd sell my house for that!
TTuned Gamo CFX.22, Gamo Shadow .177, Marksman 2004. Beeman RS-1, Crossman 1377 w/stock, RWS model 350 .22, RWS 460 Magnum .177,Crosman 357 .177, Career Fire 202s 9mm
