That post pretty much explains it. I do send a split sleeve to slide over the stock barrel so when you clamp the barrel in a vise it holds better and you don't mess up the original barrel, making it easier to remove the stock barrel, you send the sleeve back for the next guy.
The hardest part is getting the pivot bolt out, I used a impact screw driver to get it loose.
After that it's no problem getting the pivot bolt sleeve out and the detent assembly comes out with the pivot bolt sleeve.
Clamp the barrel in a vise, heat the pivot block with a propane torch ( this is just to release the factory locktite) and unscrew the barrel. The breach O ring just stays in the pivot block and resets it's self when you install the .20 barrel.
