And who is in the middle of all this, Morgan-Stanley, Who is a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank, the bank that prints our money, and is NOT a Government Agency, it is a Private Bank, then lends the printed bills to our Government, yes lends, for a fee, an Interest Fee!
