Will do with the nail polish remover and loc-tite. But, I do not have a hole at the end of my reciever tube. So I guss I will not mount a scope stop. Will see if the 5 screws will work good enough

Should be fine.  You can just push the rolled pin up and out of the way if it is going to scratch the top of your air rifle.

I removed the roll pin. One question, do you install the mount and scope loose first so you can slide it into proper position for eye relief first, then somehow mark it, remove mount then add loc-tite and firmly secure? Do you put Loc Tite on the screws for the base and the mount retainer screws?

Here's what I do, which may or may not be the best way to do it.

Clean the rails and apply the BLUE (NOT RED) LockTite sparingly.  Then install the mount with the base loose and the top half of the rings off.  Set the scope in the open rings and check the eye relief and position, moving the scope mount base forward or backward as needed for the right fit.  I try to keep the scope centered in the rings as much as possible.  When you have the correct position of the base figured out, snug down the 5 screws on the base, but not too tight.  Then, remove one screw at a time, apply LockTite to the threads and re-snug until all 5 are done.  Then alternating every other screw, front to back, tighten each down incrementally until the fit is tight (kind of like lug nuts on a wheel).  Now put the top of the rings on and finger tighten so that you can still twist the tube of the scope.  Check for vertical alignment of the reticles and double check your eye relief.  You may need to move the scope forward or backward just a bit to make sure the eye relief is correct.  Then lightly snug the screws down. Now repeat the procedure, removing one screw at a time, applying LockTite, and re-snugging.  Then, alternating front to back and left to right, tighten each screw incrementally until all are tight.  You may want to omit putting LockTite on the scope rings until you have bore sighted and adjusted the scope to make sure it is well centered and has enough adjustment to zero without shimming.

You will want to go to the library and look at the threads for optical centering and mounting scopes.  Lots of good info there.
