Picture is unfortunately, Photoshopped.

YOU CAN SEE THE ORIGINAL PICTURE HERE.....http://guanabee.com/2008/09/just-what-we-thought-not-wishe.php

I'd still hit it though. I'd hit it harder than the fist of an angry god.

I agree with you 100% Stan,

Politics has become a show, the candidates are just actors, and the party rules !

The only thing you can know for sure, is what they did last time up, and what they are doing now.And you MUST remember, that the President can't do very much, if the Congress and the Senate will not pass it, or vote on it! They control the MONEY, and he who controls the MONEY, CONTROLS !

"Last I heard, North America is still a democracy"

There are no Democracies on the North American continent. The United States is a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy. It has never been a democracy.

Mahorni:

That's called an ad hominem attack -- and it won't work.  The libs trashed Dan Quale, true.  But me thinks that name calling isn't going to slow down this lady.  And the tired chorus of "Bush Bush Bush, or Quayle, or Carl Rove, or whoever else you want compare her to in a derogatory fashion ain't going to do it, bro.

I laughed out loud today when one of the libs was saying "what is she [Palin] going to do for jobs, health care, blah blah blah."  Maybe you missed it.  She took a project, a trans-Alaskan gas pipeline, out of the hands of government bureaucracy, where it had been stalled 15 blanking years, put it up for private bids, and within the first 1.5 years as Gov. privatized a $40 billion (that with a B) project.  Now you may think that's "fuzzy math", but seems to me a $40B project must have resulted in at least a few jobs for some of those union steelworkers (like she's married to).  Not to mention the increased tax revenue that came into the state coffers and was then returned to the tax payers.  You know, a $1200 tax refund funded by private industry that is now working on one of the largest privatized infrastructure projects in US history is also something of worth, too.  Now, except for Tony Rezko's Chicago crew, which jobs did Obama create?  Maybe I missed it.

Tee Hee Hee.  Watch the polls.  No, watch Sarah . . .   here she comes!  And the libs are worried.

Now did you have any specific policy issues other than Bush-hating, or better yet, and known positive political accomplishments of Obama you wanted to mention (other than defeating Hillary in the primary) to counter with?

Thanks Joe...his name was on the tip of my tongue. I believe he was in a couple of movies too. That's another thing.....do those WWF guys/gals, body builders (Arnold), singers or rich heiress have any acting talent? But they're racking in lots of dough from movies/t.v series due to their well-known face....and marketing. End of rant. heh heh

Mahonri: It would be easy to vote for Sarah Palin but I find it impossable to vote for McCain to elect her. As to Dan Quale, he is still in the background in D.C. as one of the 'neocons'.  He did not fall because of leadership, he fell because he could not spell 'Potato'.  jeep98

And Gore because he couldn't identify a bust of George Washington? Or Obama because he doesn't know there are 50 states?  LOL.  I am really enjoying this election cycle.  Much more optimistic now.  I have faith the voters will see the differences I think your man is toast, but we will see.  Glad to see your spell checker is working, dude.

Air gunzzzz, etc.

shootist; You seem to be taking something wrong. It may be my fault since i inadvertantly applied my above  post here when it was intended to be added to Gene's post about the 73 Mustang below this area. ---- The only thing I will say about the Law is there is diffinately too much of it, and as per politics, I guess it is alright once you get past the smell. --- What does 'Live Free or Die' mean to you?  Best wishes, jeep98

TCups; I will have to write my man on the ballot because he was ignored by all the Perfect Republicans. For some reason the message of Freedom and Liberty does not carry much attention.  You South Carolina boys ought to understand more than some of the others. This reply only has effect if I be the Dude referenced in your post,  Respectfully. jeep98

Most of the Constitution has been nullified by Executive order or 'rewrites' through SCOTUS, including the reinterpretation of the Second Amendment. The Federalist Papers didn't describe the 1934GCA nor the 1968FFA, but instead entailed the rights and resposibilities of the citizenry.
