All is not loss. Those bright gold pellets make good targets for mini snipping. :p   At least that is what I did with the one that came with the gas ram Whisper I bought back in Nov.

My Whisper also has a metal trigger, but I don’t think I’m going to tune it in any way. I bought it just to see what all the hype was about gas springs. I’m not impressed.:0
