You can get the spring E 3650 And the seal from Jim M, Great service, at the same time spend the $22.00 for the sample kit of lubrication 3, Heavy Tar, Molly and Clear, you will get more then you will need and it will last for ever. Top Hat you may have to get made the Whispers is hollow. The rest of the parts inside are just fine with this exception. You will have to sand down the Piston with 220grt then 400grt to get rid of the rust and to polish it nice and shinny, same thing with the bottom spring guide, your hans will get very dirty when sanding the piston down, make sure you sand the piston its like I have said driving with the brakes on. (Also PM me and let me know how bad you find the inside parts). Remove the old seal and check it out for cuts and scratches. When butting the new one on, it will be very tight to go on, DO NOT use any tools, just work with it, it will go, if need be heat it up with a hair dryer to slip it on but NO TOOLS. Then you are 1/2 way home. Brian

I sent you an E-Mail with a link to Jim M's site to get the spring and seal you need, along with the part numbers for the Gamo Whisper, hope it helps you out.

I suggest that you DO NOT POLISH THE PISTON until nice and shiney. You don't want that and it shouldn't be sanded at all. There is only one small area of the piston that needs to be very smooth and it is usually already done at the factory. The Gamo pistons as a rule are not rusty.
