Ever seentwo squirrels argue with a rat over some seed? I did...and being that I was dying to spank a rodent with My new BAM B51 I jumped to the chance and grabbed her.......Just one problem though,due to my own tweaking I was now getting minorpellet clipping on the endcap of the shroud and pellets were going everywhere and shot strength was wayyyy low..No problem,unscrew the cap,sight in real quick and bag at least one of the offending partys.....Daughter hands me a pellet and I line up on a targdot...POW!!!! Holy @$&&^^&& thats loud !! Scared and giggling we look at each other and she says better put that back on daddy....I do as both squirrels run down the fence and up the big oak...Aww well box it up and send it to Big ED for a going over,your fault it's clipping is what im thinking...One last pellet before you go,I line up on the dot and squeeze off the round....Nice muffled pop and a loud slap on the backstop....HMMMMM......not what I was expecting,ok another shot ...same results ... Ten rounds later im sighted in and not seein any clipping. WTF! Did a yard Gnome sneak in and fix my baby!!! I dont care,she's running hot and I can tell she wants blood....She gets it....About thirty min later all rats haveshown back up and started the argument again....lol...I broke it up... The rat was first,itfell with a shot to the left eye as the first squirrel just looked on,never ran or startled... Just went back to eating seed till he caught the same to fuzebox.The pellet passes through and stops with little noise in the tree..He flops for a sec and falls silent with his buddy watching intently from the snack shack....I reload...shoulder...squeeze....Muffled pop and a loud slap as the CPHP passes through and strikes the snack shack...Dear lord please forgive me as I giggle at the ease whichmy baby works....Then a song pops into my head............

Yeah....Im going crazyand having fun getting there ! Im gonna grabGuinness,my IPOD and bust some spinners. Im a happy man and the funs not over cuz arubbernecker shows up tosee whats going on...Quickly I grab another CPHP and snuggle up against the door frame as he hops into a hollow log I use to hold seed...The wind is blowing and the umbrella is hiding him a bit as it flops,so I wait...He eats for a few minutes all the while my butt is starting to hurt so I shift a bit causing the door to open fully and bump a chair...He freezes in a low crouch which gives me a view of his mouth and nose below the umbrella...several more seconds and he hasent moved...heck with it !...Muffled POP,small hole in the umbrella and tree weasle #3 is on the ground....Had to charge the cam batteries but I made sure to get some pics....Here's my new baby

Wow, what kind of neighborhood is that you got there?

Brent,watch out for the shroud and the band,if they get twisted out of line it could clip..........also the low powered shots could be the vurge of valve lock,drop your fill 100#,just a few thoughts...Barry

Er, I`m assuming U R not going to eat that real rat. The satisfaction of tweaking a shooter and making it A1 is priceless. Great story telling, shooting and pics. And yep, those PCP`s are loud without their shrouds.....

Guys There should be no missin with this newgirl !! Lady marauder would and still will put the pellet where needed but this new girl just stacks em....Even with the cheapie CPHP the groups are easily and prollyunder 1/4" at the 23 yards distance I have and this is in a seated position with my hand restin on my knee...Im truely falling in love with this gun Barry sold me....When im sure I love her she'll get some new clothes and im thinking about "stippling" the forend and grip area of the b50 stock....I'll be grabbin this one for any squirrels and she needs a name...

Check the length of pull on the sporter stock,I`m 6' 215#,and it was uncomfortable to me,just my thoughts.....
