New Gun New Targets
« on: September 20, 2008, 09:29:02 AM »
I was out in back sighting in my talon SS with the new laser when up pops a chipmunk out from under my burn barrel about 25yds, OK I say I load a jsb heavy put the laser dot on his head pull the trigger and he disappears ? I quickly reload then I see him on the other side of the barrel, same routine laser dot on head pull the trigger the he disappears again? Now I'm like this laser is off, I see him again put the scope on him cross hairs and laser dot right in line pull the trigger and down he goes, short death dance and it's over. Just then I see another about 30yds by a tree ( I didn't know chipmunks climbed)Lined up the shot with the scope (no Laser it's sighted for 25yds)another goes down. I walk out to claim my victory and what do I find3 dead by the barrel and 1 by the tree. I guess the laser does work. LOL

Thanks guys. Yes that shroud works really well the tank ping and impact of the pellet is just about all you can hear.
Those little critters climb on everything lol

I've always heard that if you see one chipmunk you have fifty and if you see two you've got a hundred. So I guess four says lots of shooting fun. Nice shooting.
