Didn't even realize....
« on: October 02, 2008, 11:38:20 AM »

that I've passed the 500 post plateau until today at work. Well to celebrate my achievement, I decided to treat myself to a new toy!!! BTs beware!!!! Miss D got a new dress today from Wally-World,...a new scope. I've had my eyes one this scope for a while,...today was pay-day so I said what the heck. It's a CP 4-16X40mm with the illuminated reticles. Not too crazy about the pop-up lens covers, but boy do things come in close!!!! Still adjusting to the eye-objective, and it's a bit more difficult to get the 'clear window' through the glass, but managed to keep most of the pels within a 2 1/2" sharpy circle at 25 yards after sighting in,...Free-Hand as usual!!!!! Going to do some BT hunting this weekend so I'll post some pix of her then. I took the smaller CP scope off the 34 and decided to put it on my Fav Seniorita (0035,..as you've probably guessed LOL's) since the Simmons went on the 30-30 for the big critters. BTW Roger, the scars healing up very well thank you,....It's scopes or nothing with the Diana from here on out!!!! I thought I'd put this on the Hunting Gate since that is what I bought this broad for (no offence Ms Peak). A quick note to Bob,....See's getting faster everytime she shoots,...and that's with 14.3 CPHP's. Can't wait to get some Beeman SB's through her now,...but the predators are in reserve when the Crosmans run out!!!!I will say this about the Diana,....She's aVERY*_*_*_*_*_*Y LADY now!!!!! Oooohh-La-La!!!!,....or should that be Aaahhhhh Freouleine!!!! LOL's,tjk

Ahh, natures perfect food. No hormones, antibiotics, animal by-products. No salmonella. Taste better than chicken, too.  I gotta start squirrel hunting. I'm waiting for the weather to cool off some more. I'd rather hunt small game than big game, most days. I get to do a lot of shooting when I hunt small game and birds. When I deer hunt, I'm lucky to get to shoot 2 times in a weekend. The part of me that loves shooting really prefers the tree rats.

I should have known you meant bushy tails. It's been a long week at work. I'm exhausted. I had a thought today, but it died of loneliness.

I went to Wally World today, too. I got a couple of LED replacement bulbs for my MagLite and mini MagLite. I also got a USB to Mini USB cable so I can use my cellphone as a modem for my laptop. I saw a single burner Coleman stove I'd like to have.
