I made some peanut butter and dog food with sunflower seeds coooookie's for the little bastages tonight and placed them strategicly around the deck...  I would call them rat crack..  Probally not as effective as Brents squirrel crack but close..  Now lets see what happens................................................

Im a LOUSY shot?? Im goin to try & find a Coon now. I HATE when they dont go right down:?  Im battin 2 out of 3 so far,,, this Coon did not look too sporty on his way back into the woods:?? I did manage to get a follow up shot into him,,, looked a little far back though?? SHHHHHHHHHHHH!! Tim.

I hate like hell when I don't get a quick kill. Makes me feel bad. I don't want to cause any animal any undue suffering. Got another squirrel today. My first male of the season. I had just about forgotten how to remove the male parts.

Them coons are tough! I tagged one with my new CTS Cadillac at 70 coming home from the casino(already pizzed cause I was listing to the left with an empty wallet), barely made it to my drive way with fluids leaking out everywhere, and warning lights flashing, went back in my 3/4 ton 4x4 company truck to repeatedly smash him in a fit of anger, only to find that he was gone??? Looked everywhere. Had the car towed to a shop and $2400.00 later had a new bumper, condenser, and radiator.

To me, coons only look cute in a gumbo.

Yeah, I meant Big Jim and the Twins. Ed, I cringed when I had to remove them. Kinda like seeing another guy getting racked.
I had Brunswick stew with 6 squirrels in it for supper tonight. I have to get back to eating tree weasel on a regular basis again. I'm not used to it anymore and it gives me a little indigestion.
Sure tasted good. Think I'll take some foe lunch tomorrow in my 24 ounce Stanley hot food bottle. I'll take some Tums with me just in case.

Amen, Ronbeaux. I hit one about 12 yeasr ago in my brand new Mustang GT. It was chasing a piece of coon poon and didn't look before running across the street. Dang thing didn't even stop chasing her, kept going.

Ok here is how the story goes.. And I'm stickin to it... I stood in the kitchen for 3 hrs. With the fridge so close I had mabey 5 to many refreshments.. Things started to get a little fuzzy and I saw one stick his head out the hole in the deck[ i think]. Took a haphazard shot at him and really don't know if i plugged him or not..
Thats was it for me.. I staggered into the bedroomand kissed the lovely Annie Oakley goodnoght and went into pellet wonderland for the rest of the night...

Upon awakening this morning I spied out the window while making my coffiee. The cookies were still there...
Hmmm No takers, so I headed for the can and had a moment of reflection before my shower.. Well I was feeling just a bit off and I was running behind sceadule.. When i went into the kitchen for my 2nd cup of java i see a nice size rat comming out of the hole.. WOW here we go, a great start to the day.. I run to my shop and get the whisper and return to the window for the kill... I waited a few moments and he stuck his head out again..
I loaded the gun and stuck it out the window for the kill... Well 10 minutes later I just pulled the trigger and gave up... he never came out again.. I had to get off to work and was 30 minutes late...
