Camo Done
« on: November 15, 2008, 10:31:58 AM »
I guess hehehe. Finished it up this evening and went with the leaf green and very light green for the last pattern, just enough to blend with the spring/summer foliage. four coat's of matt clear and let it bake cure for a day then back together. I wanted to leave the cheek pad that I applied on it but no camo since the paint and clear will harden the cushy texture of it, it will be against my cheek so the critters wont see it hehe and by that time it will be to late lol. I guess it's done till I get bored with it and splash something else on it next year hehe. Ed

can't wait for that!  you sure do take some great things with your ~12 ft/lb guns.

Well I'm happy with the accuracy after I recrowned the barrel and the TAC1 is tuned  so I will start night patrol hunts with her as well as the CFX.22. I just need to get a laser and lighting system put together for it. Ed

That explains why you are so artistically talented. Just don't know how that part skipped all the lefties in my family. grandma, dad, aunt, and my oldest son is up in the air. Well at least they are in there RIGHT mind. You have probably never heard that before.HEHE  ;-)

As usual Ed, fine painting you've done there. It takes a skilled eye to do that type of work.
