I made a post a little while ago about a nutter I nailed in the backyard with my .177 Fast Deer. Well,,, a little while ago I left home to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and when I got home there were 3 more nutters attacking my feeders....
Went downstairs for a gun but this time I put the Fast Deer back in the gun safe and pulled out the .177 Winchester 1000. I haven't shot her in quite some time so I had to pull the file on the gun to see what pellet she was last sighted in with,, wound up being JSB 8.3 domes. Loaded her up with a JSB and headed into the backyard. Peeked around the corner of the house,,, yup still there, picked out a nutter that gave me a head on nose shot andsent a JSB straight between his eyes.
After the pellet hit all I could see was frothy blood coming out of the top of his head. He danced around for a few seconds then took a dirt nap.... Distance was only 20 yards but that Winchester nailed him solid.....
Oh yeah, I forgot to add,,,,, the nutters that I have a truce with were permitted to go about their business :)
It's just these foreign foragers who are getting targeted :)
