I got a bottle of it, and this is what I was looking for. Clean up a bolt, paint this stuff on the threads, and let it dry. It's resusable, so it sounds good for things like wandering trigger aduster screws that might have to be moved from time to time. What I really like about it is that since it doesn't appear to want to bond to the inside threads, residual oil or grease in threaded holes might not detroy its effectiveness like it does with Loctite 242 and such...
