I don't see Charlie's email address.  If I need a gun tuned do I just send it on it at any time or does one need to touch base with Charlie first?

Hi Jeffery, Yes you should email CDT prior to sending him a gun. This way he can determine what you have and if he can tune it . He may want to contact you also via phone.
