Here's a cure for the blue on the .20 barrel, it's a outdoor vinyl that looks like Carbon fibre.
Here's my .20 shadow, ya I got carried away on the thing on the end of the barrel.

If you want I'll send you some with the .177 barrel for your .20 shadow.

THAT is one huge barrel capper!!!  Now I'm looking at the 17"x7/8" brushed aluminum barrel shroud on my QB and wondering if I stack up.  Wife says it's not the size that matters, be we all know it does:)

LOL Rich, if the .177 barrel is the same as the .20 barrel finish that is good enough. I am very happy with the finish on the .20 barrel.

But that looks good though. Did the vinyl leave a seam after you applied it?

So small you can hardly find it. I put it on the bottom of the barrel and the thing. I want to take a little time I can almost make the seam hidden by cutting it after I install the overlay, but it's so small I don't even worry about it.
