Don't cha just love shopping at the custom shop?!?!? With that scope you may want to add one of Muzzel Mac's wire stocks I put one on mine and love the added stability.

Nice pistol.  I had to dismount the rife scope from mine . . .  Motion sickness.  Yours is even bigger!  That can't be a pistol scope, can it?  Have you reworked the trigger yet?

Yes I polished the sear , installed a lighter spring, and installed hammer spring guide, that makes the cocking smoother . The scope is a Bushnell Banner 6x24x40 mildot. And I usually keep it on 12x . I use the scope as a handle to hold onto with my left hand ; it steadies me up. This one has the LW barrel and shoots just about any pellet pretty good. I'm just about to shoot some across the chrony and see what she'll do with the hammer spring guide at 65 degrees . I can't believe how nice the weather is today. kirby

Yeah, the weather got very nice today. I noticed it warmed up nicely about noon. Great day to be working outside in GA. Oh, and, I really like that 2300 of yours. How accurate is it compared to the Izzy 46?  I want one of each, but being realistic, realize I may be able to afford one and that will be about it.

I hadn't even shot the IZZIE yet , but I can tell you if I had to choose one; I'd choose the IZZIE if I was looking for accuracy in a target gun . Not saying the Crosman's not accurate , it is . I guess it mainly comes down to what you intend to do with them. The Crosman is easier to scope , easier to shoot with two hands , and will be the better of the two as a field gun. But the IZZIE would be the better paper puncher . I did get to dry fire the IZZIE a couple of times and the trigger itself is worth getting the IZZIE. Actually I'm second guessing myself on the other two Crosman custom shop guns I just ordered last week . This time of the year my 1377 homemade custom with a 16" barrel is out doing my CO2's at this time. Maybe when the temps get back up , I'll change my mind , but today the 1377 on 10 pumps with a CPL shot in the high 590's today . My co2's in the 490's . At 20 yards the LW barreled CO2 did group better ,less than half inch where as the 1377 was around an inch . The Crosmans will need some trigger polishing , the IZZIE will not. Oh yea, you won't have to buy any CO2 for the IZZIE either . kirby

Me too !! I've hinted to Josh of Crosman over ta the Crosman forum ever time a new gun announcement comes up. I'm hoping for it this January , but I'm afraid the new gun will be another version of the Discovery . In the meantime I'll build my own. kirby
