Will this tank work for bulk filling?

Hi you guys. I've been shooting springers for a while now, and know practically nothing about PCP guns. I  saw this tank at a garage sale for $25.00 and bought it thinking that when I venture into into bulk filling, I would have something. Would this Catalina 7.8 lb tank with 1800 psi 37.3 cfm valve work, or is the max pressure too low?

I can't say what the law is over there!....But here you would not
fined anyone to fill it with air even if the valve is changed to a
K valve as tanks have a number on them that tells what gas
they are tested for when the first test is done.
If its first test was for air it should be no prob.

Is that an air tank or a CO2 tank?  If it's air, you could always use it to bulk fill, and then use the hand pump to get your pressure up the rest of the way to your fill pressure. If it's CO2, you cold use it to bulk fill CO2 guns. It looks like a soda dispenser CO2 tank to me.

Yep, it's a Catalina B5 CO2 tank.
