Gladi8or/Domin8or tuning

Does anyone have any information on tuning the above as I would like to shorten the barrel on my Gladi8or but then it will require retuning to bring the power back up. And yes I know what your are thinking, that unmentionable thing on my barrel is legal over here!!!!
