Nice scope at a great price. Not sure if it's airgun rated however.

nice. I've been looking at these Barskas too. And like you I wonder if you can put this or any of their models on a springer. If anyone knows that this Barska or any other Barska is springer rated...please let us know. In the meantime, I think I'll send a quick email to Barska and see if they'll followup with me on any of their models that may be springer tough. Would be nice if this particular model is springer rated, its a very inexpensive venture.

I've had my Barska 3-12*50 IR on my Gamo Maxima (set for the Spanish market of 18ftb) with no problems so far! 1500 shots through it with no ill effects! It's a good strong scope for the money in my mind! Would prefer the mil dot reticle but the 30/30 does the trick at 75m without too much hastle. (looking to try for the 100m golden shot this weekend with a new target so wish me luck!)
