They had been out of them for awhile but back in stock, I receved two more today that puts the total of tasco's at eight I have mounted and have had no problems with them. Clear light weight and cheap.

Was just curious,,,,,, do you use the mounts that the scope comes with or do you swap them for another mount?

I keep looking at those scopes, I think I may order 1 and give it a try.

I just sent one back in.  It wouldn't let me take off the adjustment knobs to reset the zero and I am pretty sure that the left/right adjustments were wacked.

I had it on my B30 in a 1 piece mount too.

Still, that is a good price for those.

Just got mine today too, for the price I have to say it has some great features.  The mounts that come with it look stout enough, at least for the non-springers I'll put mine on, but the package did say "Spring Air gun rated", or some verbage like that.

I do use the mounts that come with them but I retap the thumb screws with 8/32 cap screws.
Like I said I have six mounted and 2 as spares but I have not needed them.
All have tascos except the monster on the top it's a 6X24X52 Barska, the littlest rifle has the biggest scope.

Also you do NOT take off the turrets just loosen the three set screws, and they will turn without upsetting the scope, it comes with an allen wrench for this purpose.

Just picked up one myself. I had one before and gave it away with an air rifle. I missed it! It was a very nice scope especially for the money. I'm glad to be getting another. Thanks very much for the link.

My mistake on wording.  I didn't mean to say "take em off."

In my case even after the adjustment knobs screws were unscrewed the knobs retained thier "click" instead of just sliding to adjust.

Look forward to getting mine back and trying it again.

I have had the adjusting knob off on one of the scopes and the knob under the wheel is on a reverse taper and the set screws tighten on this taper. The screws tighten on the side of this taper and get stuck for some reason.

I had to tap the knob with the end of a screwdriver and it poped free and then it turned without ajdjusting the settings.

Anyone know of any other dealers offering a good deal on this scope? No one here in the Phoenix area has any. They're even on backorder at Cabela's! What about Leaper's scopes; more expensive, but Pyramid seems to have good prices. Thanks!
