BSA Scorpion T-10, Bull Barrel Carbine .177
« on: January 04, 2009, 01:25:58 PM »
Thank you Joe Cuz!
Remember the movie "Miracle on 34th Street" where Macy's Santa sends shoppers to other stores with better buys?  Well guess what?  I called Santa Cuz and he sent me to a different store than LIAG for a great deal on (gasp) another PCP!  Gene and PeakChick tempted me with comments about a BSA Ultra MultiShot Bull Barrel, but Joe had a better suggestion.  Precision Airguns.  Now all I have to do is figure out how to tell (or not tell) the wife.  It may be time to sell off some of my little used air rifles.

Very nice Tommy. Congrats about the new shooter. You could send her out west to me, if you need more time to figure out how to tell the little lady.HEHE Hope you will give a full review after you are able to shoot her for a while.

Well, Carol might enjoy a vacation out west.  I will ask her.  But you have to promise not to mention anything about the new air rifle to her.

So send the wife to Dan and the rifle to me, I'm closer anyway :-).  So now you've got another one to bring to the Shootout, hope you've got a big truck.  Maybe you and Gene could rent a Uhaul and come down together :-)!  Congrats on the new shooter.  You guys are killing me, you know, here I am trying to sell one of my two, and ya'll just keep adding to your collections.  Later.

Dave

This is a very good deal on a great, accurate, rugged carbine. The performance of the Scorpion carbine just duplicates the performance of my Ultra. I do have my eye on another rifle, but likely won't buy one at the moment.
